too busy

It has come to my attention that I am simply to busy at work...
yesterday i had a breakfast meeting and a lunch meeting and it was too much...

- i got home around 4:20 pm and just kept going... i long for long weekends so i can have some time to relax, i used to want to just keep going, but lately i am just tired... oh well.. today i will run... the scale in the house is fawked up... it has to be... i weighed in at 196 this morning, how am i gaining weight.... ridiculous...

anyhow, today i do another 5 miles and it looks like the sun will be out! happy times are coming...

oh, and i am the luckiest guy in the world to be married to Wendy... she is awesome!
